A teachers' meeting was held at East Secondary School, Kanchidarwa on Saturday under the chairmanship of District President of Junior High School Teachers Association, Vishnu Dutt Shukla. In this, an appeal was made to the teachers to run a hashtag campaign on 22 February.

District President of Junior High School Teachers Association, Vishnu Dutt Shukla said that on the provincial call, all the teachers are being appealed to conduct a hashtag campaign on X (Twitter) from 2 to 4 pm on February 22 in protest against the mandatory Tet.

He also made some teachers download X app in their mobiles. Said that protest will be expressed under the banner of Teachers Federation of India. After a meeting with the recognized organizations of the district, a movement has been started against Tet compulsion, which will take place in four phases.

In the first phase of the movement, a hashtag campaign will be launched on 22 February. From February 23 to February 25, all teachers will wear black bands while teaching. On February 26, a protest will be held at the District Basic Education Officer Basti office and a memorandum will be sent to the Prime Minister through the District Magistrate.

In the third week of March, a memorandum was given to the Government of India by holding a grand rally at Ramlila Maidan in New Delhi. He appealed to all the teachers to remain united.

Pradeep Kumar Pandey, Ritesh Kumar Bharti, Sandeep Kumar, Hemant Verma, Dharamraj, Sabhajeet, Rudra Pratap Chaudhary, Sunil Kumar, Raj Mangal Singh, Arvind Bhaskar etc. were present in the meeting.
