Jagran correspondent, Meerut. The quack has been accused of giving expired injections to the patient. When his condition worsened, the patient got treatment in hospitals from Meerut to Delhi, where the doctors advised to amputate the patient's hand.
The victim presented his side in the court, after which, on the orders of the court, a case was registered against the quack in Kankarkheda police station. In the case registered after the court order on the complaint of Munna son Hakimuddin, resident of village Govindpur Ghasauli in Kankarkheda police station area, it was told that on September 12, 2023, his health deteriorated and he had pain in his hands and legs.
Munna told Pradeep Saini of his own village about his pain. It is alleged that Pradeep, calling himself a doctor, asked for treatment. Munna called Pradeep Saini to his house, where Pradeep gave an injection in Munna's arm.
Within some time, Munna started feeling restless and nervous. It is alleged that then Pradeep told Munna that by mistake the injection had expired. To prevent this, he left saying that he would bring another injection and then did not return.
The victim was taken by his relatives first to Rita Nursing Home, then to Darshan Hospital and then to Pushpa Anjali Hospital, Delhi, where he is undergoing treatment. Munna said that the doctor told him that two fingers, one thumb or even the wrist may have to be amputated.
Munna alleges that Pradeep Saini is a quack. He had given her an expiry date injection with the intention of killing her. According to the victim, he has also given an application to the SSP, CMO and Chief Minister in this matter.
When no action was taken, he reached the court and presented his side. Inspector Vinay Kumar says that a case has been registered against Pradeep for injecting expiry date on the orders of the court. Further action will be taken after investigation.
