Bad road leading to Laxmanpur railway station: Jagran
Samvad Sutra, Jagatpur (Rae Bareli). The road leading to Laxmanpur railway station originating from Dalmau-Jagatpur route has become bad. Due to this, commuters and pedestrians are facing problems. Due to which there is resentment among the villagers. This road was constructed by the District Panchayat about 10 years ago. At many places the road has broken down and turned into potholes. At some places, tar and ballast have also disappeared. This is the only way to reach the railway station. People living in an area of about 15 kilometers take this route to reach the station.
Villagers Ashok Kumar Madhav Prasad, Rajkumar, Rajesh, Binda Prasad, Rajendra Kumar say that they have to face difficulties in coming from the station at night. Even after the road is damaged, the department officials remain unaware of it. District Panchayat's Junior Engineer Vijay Patel said that a letter has been sent for road repair. After getting approval, the road will be repaired.
