Nargis Mohammadi was arrested on December 12, 2025, at a condolence meeting organized for human rights lawyer Khosrow Alikordi in Mashhad. He was accused of making inflammatory statements, slogans breaking rules and disturbing peace. He has been arrested 13 times and convicted 5 times.
