During interrogation, he told that he had made an agreement for 44 bighas of land for a solar company in Sadhapur village of Antu police station area of ​​Pratapgarh. Construction of a mosque was started secretly on that land. ATS had its eyes on the accused.

Under the leadership of Inspector Srinivas of the state's ATS team, the team caught him in Nagpur. According to sources, when caught by ATS, he confessed to getting a land agreement done in Sadhopur village of Antu. He was trying to set up a camp office for religious conversion here under the guise of a solar company.

Here, when the farmers who had signed the agreement came to know about this, they submitted an application to the registry office to cancel the agreement. ATS can also come to Pratapgarh with him. However, Antu Kotwal Abhishek Sirohi denied any such information. Said that ATS or any agency has not given any information.
