In which consensus has also been reached on the names of about 24 to 25 district heads of the state. But the fight for the post of Dhanbad BJP Metropolitan President continues.
There is a discussion in the party organization that there is a tussle between MP Dhulu Mahato and MLA Raj Sinha regarding the name of Dhanbad Metropolitan District President. Even Ranchi could not decide this. Now the matter has reached Delhi court. MLA Raj Sinha is adamant on the name of Shravan Rai for metropolitan president and MP Dhulu Mahato, Nitin Bhatt.
Opinion polling was conducted on five names. Opinion polling was conducted on four names in the three-member committee that came from Ranchi for Dhanbad Metropolitan District President. While Shekhar Singh is on the post of Vice President of Metropolitan District. His wife is the District Council Vice President.
Party and organization officials of Dhanbad MLA District Mahanagar in favor of the opinion poll say that the maximum support in the opinion poll was in favor of the current District President Shravan Rai. Dhanbad MLA Raj Sinha is in his favor. The names of Manas Prasun and Shekhar Singh have been discussed in the opinion poll. But the organization wants to make only an OBC face the Metropolitan District President.
Regarding Shekhar Singh, it is being said that earlier he was close to MP Dhulu Mahato, but now they have become distant from each other. Because of which the MPs do not at any cost want Shekhar Singh to be made the District President. Dhaneshwar Mahato also comes from OBC community.
State BJP had sought opinion from local representatives. After the opinion poll of Dhanbad Metropolitan District President, Jharkhand State BJP had tried to seek opinion from Dhanbad MP Dhullu Mahato, MLA Raj Sinha, Jharia MLA Ragini Singh, Baghmar MLA Shatrughan Mahato, Zilla Parishad President Sharda Singh and former Mayor Chandrashekhar Aggarwal. But a consensus could not be reached. Due to which this matter has been sent to Delhi court.
