Prayagraj's anti-corruption team caught two accountants red-handed taking bribe.
Jagran correspondent, Prayagraj. Two bribe taking accountants were arrested on Thursday. Revenue accountants working in Soraon tehsil were arrested red-handed by the anti-corruption team while taking a bribe of Rs 1 lakh. The team members have taken him along, interrogation is going on.
Caught near Malaka, Soraon
It is said that the team has arrested accountant Raj Shekhar Singh and a female accountant from near Malaka in Soraon tehsil in Gangapar. The accountant is accused of not stopping the construction of the house and demanding bribe in return for giving the audit report. The victim had complained about this to the anti-corruption team. After investigation the team members took action.
