UGC NET Answer Key 2026
Education Desk, New Delhi. Important information has been shared by the National Testing Agency (NTA) by issuing a notification for the candidates appearing in the UGC NET exam. According to the notification issued, UGC NET Answer Key, Question Paper and Response Sheet will be made available by NTA on January 15. The provisional answer key will be released online through the official website ugcnet.nta.nic.in from where the candidates will be able to download it by entering the login credentials.
You will be able to lodge objections within the stipulated dates
After the release of the answer key, candidates will be able to match their question answers. During this time, if they are not satisfied with any answer given in it, then they will be able to register objection on it through online medium within the stipulated dates. To register objection, candidates will have to pay Rs 200 per question.
Steps to download answer key
Result will be released on the basis of final answer key
According to the information given in the official notification, after resolving the objections registered on the answer key, the final answer key will be prepared and the result of the candidates will be declared accordingly. Let us tell you that the UGC NET examination was conducted by NTA in two shifts on 3, 5, 6 and 7 January 2026. The examination was conducted for a total of 85 subjects. In the notification, candidates have been asked to keep visiting the official website from time to time for the latest updates related to the exam.
