State Bureau, Lucknow. The state government has given instructions to ensure strict adherence to the provisions related to reservation in all the services under it. In the mandate issued by Principal Secretary Appointment and Personnel M. Devraj on Tuesday, it has been said that the system of vertical and horizontal reservation is in force in various services of the state under the mandates already issued. In such a situation, it is important to follow these rules properly in all recruitment processes.
Under this, the calculation of vacancies related to reservation will be re-examined in the requisitions sent to Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission, Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission and other recruitment boards and selection institutions. If any discrepancy is found in the calculations, it will be removed through the concerned commission or selection body.
The government has clarified that the further process should be completed by finalizing the recruitment proposal only after resolving all the shortcomings, so that the reservation rules can be completely followed.
