Education Desk, New Delhi. There is an important update for the students preparing for the UP Polytechnic Entrance Exam (UP JEECUP 2026). The application process for UP Polytechnic Entrance Exam will be started by the Directorate of Technical Education, Uttar Pradesh from today i.e. 15 January 2026. Interested and eligible students will be able to complete the application process through online mode by visiting the official website as soon as the application starts. The last date for filling the form has been fixed as 30 April 2026.
To participate in UP Polytechnic Entrance Examination, it is mandatory for the student to have passed 10th/ 10+2 (12th)/ B.Sc/ BE/ B.Tech in the relevant field/ stream. Along with this, the student should not be less than 14 years of age.

Along with filling the form, students will have to deposit the prescribed fee as per category. Your form will not be accepted without fee. The application fee for General, OBC and EWS categories is Rs 300 and for SC, ST is Rs 200. Fee payment can be done through Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, Mobile Wallet, Cash Card, Offline E Challan.
