Chairman Kunwar Manvendra Singh instructed Leader of Opposition Lal Bihari Yadav to leave the House. Instead of following the instructions, the Leader of Opposition walked out.

The Leader of Opposition accused the Chairman and said that you are not allowing him to speak, you want to kill democracy. Objection was raised on this from the ruling party.
The Chairman said that if he does not leave the House, then there are other ways to make the bench agree to his point. Teacher group member Dhruv Kumar Tripathi apologized, but the Chairman said that this is a recurring problem. Meanwhile, the leader of the opposition along with other SP members walked out, calling for a walkout.
Raj Bahadur Singh Chandel said that if the leaders of the opposition parties express regret then it should end here. Leader of the House and Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya said that the bench is supreme in any house.
If the bench has given instructions then it should be followed. After that, you can say whatever you want to say. After this, the Leader of Opposition went out and came back and said that whoever is holding the post should work as per his constitutional rights. If anything I said has caused any pain, I apologize.
This was not the first case of ousting the Leader of Opposition from the House. Earlier, during the budget session in February, the bench had directed him to leave the House. Then he was taken out with the help of the marshal.
