An increase in maximum temperature was observed. The Meteorological Department has predicted strong winds from Friday to Sunday. This will reduce the density of fog and there will not be much change in temperature.
According to the forecast of the Meteorological Department in Gorakhpur, the temperature is likely to increase further in the coming days. In January, the maximum temperature was recorded at 20.9 degrees Celsius and the minimum temperature was 8.0 degrees Celsius. Whereas in February the maximum temperature may exceed 26.0 degree Celsius.
There was dense fog in Agra city on Wednesday morning. The sunlight was ineffective during the day due to cloud cover and wind. A change was seen in the weather on Thursday. The morning remained cold due to drop in night temperature. The sun came out around nine in the morning. There was sunshine throughout the day and due to reduced wind speed, the city residents who were troubled by the melting for four-five days got relief.
The maximum temperature was 23.9 degrees Celsius and the minimum temperature was 8.1 degrees Celsius. The maximum temperature was one degree Celsius higher than normal and the minimum temperature was 2.5 degrees Celsius lower. On Wednesday, the maximum temperature was 20.2 degrees Celsius and the minimum temperature was 10.1 degrees Celsius.
Meteorologist Mohd. Danish said that after the passing of the Western Disturbance, there has been a drop in the minimum temperature and an increase in the maximum temperature due to the weather. Due to no weather system being active, there will be no significant change in the temperature in the next three days. Strong westerly winds will provide relief from fog.
According to the forecast of the Meteorological Department, there will be fog and mist on Friday morning. There is a possibility of sunshine in the afternoon. It will be cold in the morning and evening due to northwest wind.
