UPPSC LT Exam 2025: LT Grade Teacher Exam Today At Six Centers, Administration Took Initiative For The Convenience Of The Candidates.

Jagran correspondent, Gorakhpur. The LT grade teacher examination conducted by Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission will be conducted on Sunday at six centers in the city. For this, Deendayal Upadhyay Gorakhpur University, Madan Mohan Malviya Technological University, Digvijaynath PG College, Mahatma Gandhi PG College, DVN PG College and St. Andrews PG College have been made examination centres.

A large number of candidates started reaching Gorakhpur from Saturday evening itself to take the examination. Many candidates stayed at stations and night shelters for the night.

The examination will be conducted in two shifts between 9 to 11 am and 3 to 5 pm. Under the guidance of the district administration, the examination centers completed their preparations by Saturday evening.

Teachers who have made outstanding contributions honored

Marian Foundation in collaboration with St. Paul School organized the fourth edition of Teachers Awards Gorakhpur 2025 (TAG 2025) on Saturday. During this, the Foundation's completion of 16 years of social service was also celebrated. In the programme, teachers belonging to CBSE, ICSE and ISC boards of Uttar Pradesh were honored for their excellent educational contribution.

The chief guest of the program was Prof. Poonam Tandon, Vice Chancellor of Deendayal Upadhyay Gorakhpur University. As a special guest, Ritika Anand, Principal of St. Mark Senior Secondary Public School, New Delhi, awarded the National Teacher Award 2023, delivered a motivational lecture on the National Curriculum Framework. Rev.G.Chandra, founder of Marion Foundation, said that the organization is continuously working for the sustainable development of the society through education, health and sports.

Dr. Amrish Chandra, Trustee of the Foundation and Executive Principal of St. Paul's School, informed about the proposed Marian Health Awards in March 2026. In the programme, teachers from various districts of the state including Noida, Meerut, Prayagraj, Kushinagar were honored with certificates and cash prizes.
