In this case, the police then arrested Hasina's wife Ilyas with 64 grams of smack. Whereas an FIR was registered against his brother-in-law Nazim alias Nadeem, Shahrukh, Irshad alias Dawood alias Shadda, Suraj, Anmol, Afsana, Fiza, Roshni, Farhana and started searching for them.
When he was not arrested even after many efforts, the police took a non-bailable warrant against him. During this time, the police had also arrested Farjanad Ali alias Nanhe, resident of Ratanpura of Azimnagar police station of Rampur, who had given them shelter and sent them to jail. Here, in the absence of arrest of nine absconding accused of the same family, the police had applied to the court for attachment action. After which the court has issued proclamation 82 against him.
CO City Prashant Kumar said that the search for the accused is going on. If he is not arrested or surrenders, his house will be confiscated.
