The arrested accused Babul Pandey is a resident of Diul village of Jagdishpur. Apart from a regular rifle, five shells and 65 cartridges, the police have recovered the license.

Criminal arrested with illegal weapons, cartridges and magazines

Bihiya police station has arrested a criminal with illegal weapons, cartridges and magazines. The police arrested him from Saheb Tola of the police station area. The arrested criminal is Abhishek Kumar, resident of Saheb Tola of Bihiya police station area.

It is said that the police had received secret information that a person was roaming around with illegal weapons in Saheb Tola locality. After verification of the information, Bihiya police station incharge Sundeshwar Kumar reached there with the police force and arrested him.

During the search, a country-made pistol, two magazines and one cartridge were recovered from him and the mobile phone with him was also confiscated. After this, the police have registered an FIR against him under the Arms Act in Bihiya police station. Meanwhile, Bihiya police station incharge Sundeshwar Kumar said that the previous criminal history of the arrested accused is being ascertained.
