The prisoner who escaped from jail had given a warning after his arrest.

At that time, the police ignored what he said considering it to be a jackal's barking. He was produced before the court and sent to jail, but after a year he proved his warning true by escaping from jail. This is in the words of a jail employee who was involved in the investigation.
The negligence of the jail staff in monitoring made the path of his conspiracy easier. This is the first time in the history of the prison that such a big escape has taken place. Krishnakumar, resident of Gosainganj Sarwan Moghada of Sultanpur district, had registered a case of attempt to murder against Sher Ali on October 12, 2024. Sher Ali is also accused of Gangster Act.
There was an old enmity between Krishna Kumar and Sher Ali. In this case, after a month on 28 November 2024, the police arrested him and sent him to jail. Since then he was in jail. Several police teams including SOG, STF have been deployed to search for the two prisoners.
The details of those who met him in jail are also being scrutinized. Area Officer City Shriyash Tripathi said that police teams are engaged in search of absconding prisoners. The action is being reviewed daily.
Visitors were not coming for a week
No one was coming to meet prisoners Sher Ali and Golu Agrahari for about a week. After reaching the special security barrack, both of them met their relatives under special surveillance. On Thursday, the day the incident of their escape came to light, Golu's relatives had come to meet him and were taken into custody by the police for questioning.
Sher Ali and Golu Agrahari, who had escaped from the jail after having a fight with the prisoners, were sent to the special security barrack about a month ago. Earlier, both of them were asked to do farming related work in the jail.
As soon as they entered the special security barrack, both of them had planned to escape. A search is going on in the jail for the person who had kept the bamboo and rods near the jail wall.
Now the monitoring of the main wall of the jail will be increased
In the case of escape of two prisoners, weakness of the main rampart has been found to be the main reason. Modern CCTV cameras will be installed to increase surveillance on the main walls of the jail. DIG Jail SK Maitreya had sought proposals for installing cameras a few days ago, but he did not receive the proposal from any jail under his jurisdiction.
After the escape of prisoners from Ayodhya jail, the DIG has directed to pay serious attention to this, after which renewed efforts have been intensified. The DIG has sent his report to the headquarters.
