200 CCTVs Searched In The Case Of Murder Of Silver Trader, Police Picked Up 8 More Suspects Including Two Muslim Youths.

Jagran correspondent, Mathura. On Monday, the second day of the murder of a silver merchant after the robbery inside his house in Lal Darwaza, the police remained empty handed. The businessman's mobile is also missing. Six police teams scanned more than two hundred CCTV cameras throughout the day. After this, eight more suspects including two Muslim youths have been detained and interrogation has been started. The police also got the call details of the deceased, but no clue was found about the killer. Teams are busy uncovering the crime.

62-year-old silver businessman Satish Chandra Garg, resident of Mohalla Teli Pada of Govind Nagar police station area, was murdered after being robbed in his own room on Saturday evening. When there was no movement till Sunday morning, the tenants informed the police. The police found his blood soaked body in the room. There was a bullet-like wound on his temple. After post-mortem, police also got X-ray of the body done, but no bullet was found.

Deployed six teams including SOG, SWAT and surveillance

SP Rajiv Kumar Singh had deployed six teams including SOG, SWAT, surveillance to uncover the crime. The problems of the police increased due to lack of CCTV cameras installed in the house and street. Meanwhile, the mobile phone of the deceased silver trader is also missing after the incident. Police got his call details, but no important clues were found. Since Monday morning, the teams were busy scanning the CCTV cameras.

Till late evening, more than 200 cameras were seen, but nothing was found. After interrogating half a dozen detained people, the police have started interrogating eight more suspects, including two Muslim youths. Govind Nagar police station in-charge Ravi Tyagi said that the teams are engaged in uncovering the murder case. Soon the accused will be arrested and exposed.

Silver traders remained lurking in the shops

There is chaos among bullion traders after the murder of a silver trader. Many bullion traders remained hiding in their shops. The police are interrogating other businessmen associated with the deceased to unravel the murder case. Bullion traders say that if they tell anything to the police, they will be called again and again for questioning. The police will also look at them with suspicion. In such a situation, no one is shying away from telling anything.
