451 Acre Land Of Bela Industrial Area In Muzaffarpur Is Now In The Stop List, Illegal Sale Will Be Curbed

Babul Deep, Muzaffarpur. The process of putting a stop to the illegal sale, registration, rejection and accumulation of government land has started. In this series, 451.06 acres of land was acquired between 1975 and 1986 to develop the industrial area in Bela. Now this land will be put in the hold list.

Mushahari CO Mahendra Prasad Shukla had written a letter to the General Manager of BIADA asking him to provide complete details of the acquired land, so that it could be sent to the District Under Registrar. The process of putting them in the stop list will be done by them only. In light of this, the Deputy General Manager of Muzaffarpur Cluster of Bihar Industrial Area Development Authority has provided complete details to the CO.

In this, the current situation has also been informed along with the police station number, account and khesra number. Under this, 451.06 acres of land was acquired in eight mouzas. Most of this land is said to be encroached upon by BIDA. While the notification of 72.65 acres of land in Kanhauli Vishundutt and Rohua Apuch was published, yet BIADA's interference has not been taken over it.

BIADA is in possession of only 378.41 acres of land. It has also been said that the process regarding encroachment will be started soon. Mushahari CO said that the report received from BIADA will be forwarded to the District Under Registrar soon.

Registration for only 72 acres of land has been rejected

Even after 30 years, only 72 acres of land has been registered in the name of BIADA. In the past, due to these reasons, cases of illegal sale, rejection of registration and freezing of land of Agriculture Department in Kanti and NHAI in Ramdayalu have come to light. Keeping this in mind, the process of putting the acquired land in the stop list is being done soon. Along with this, the process of rejection of filing has also been started.
