Construction work of Babri Masjid started in Beldanga, Murshidabad.

State Bureau, Kolkata. The construction work of Babri Masjid started on Wednesday in Beldanga, Murshidabad, Bengal. Humayun Kabir, expelled Bharatpur MLA from Trinamool Congress and president of Janata Unnayan Party, had laid its foundation on December 6.

On this occasion, Humayun Kabir said that I will ask those who are protesting to move away. Babri Masjid will remain built. People are free to practice their religion and build temples, churches or whatever they want.

Construction work of Babri Masjid begins in Murshidabad.

Quran was recited at the beginning of the program. About 1200 Hafiz and Maulvi-Mufti were present. Asar Sheikh, vice president of Beldanga-II block of Kabir's new political party, said that more than 10,000 people will be able to offer namaz simultaneously in the mosque to be built at a cost of Rs 55 crore.

At present, the construction of the mosque has been started on four bighas of land. But the mosque will be built on approximately seven bighas of land. However, 27 bighas of land has already been registered in the name of the mosque.

There are plans to build a health center and an educational institution on the remaining land. Around Rs 10 crore has already been donated by various individuals and organizations for the construction of the mosque. The construction work of the mosque will be completed within two years.

Murshidabad Superintendent of Police threatened

Humayun threatened to twist the hands of the Murshidabad Superintendent of Police and Lalgola police station in connection with the seizure of his brother-in-law's property by the Bengal Police in a drug smuggling case. Along with this it was said that Mamata Banerjee will not become the Chief Minister this time.

Humayun said that Babri Yatra has been shortened. Now it will cover a distance of about 22 kilometers from Palashi in Nadia district to Beldanga in Murshidabad on National Highway No. 12.
