The influence of Korean culture is most visible in children. Psychiatrists say that children are getting influenced by the glamor of Korean culture and are adopting it. The stars, characters and gamers there have started considering them as their idols. Psychiatrists say that addiction to mobile phones and Korean culture is dominating children in such a way that they are becoming depressed. He likes to keep himself alone. A little laxity on the part of parents is taking a heavy toll on the children. After the suicide incident of three sisters, use of mobile phones has emerged as a big issue for the society. Psychiatrists say that children should be treated in such a way that things get done but things do not get resolved. In 40 percent of the cases coming to them, children are feeling suicidal.

Have to undergo counseling

Parents should keep these things in mind while parenting

Do not delay in going to a psychiatrist

Psychiatrists say that when children have initial symptoms of depression, parents are afraid to take them to the doctor. He thinks that the child has mental illness and what will people say. Due to this thinking, the mental condition of the children deteriorates and by the time they bring the child to us, it gets late and it takes time for the child's mind to recover.

Parents have the biggest responsibility

In most of the cases, we are facing cases of phone and Korean culture addiction among children. In about 40 percent of the cases, children are feeling suicidal. They are being counseled and brainwashed to get them out of this addiction. It is the responsibility of the parents to take proper care of their children and give them better upbringing. Establish communication with children and let them know their thoughts and minimize the use of mobile phones.

-Dr. Rakhi Agarwal, Psychiatrist

"Since Covid, there has been an increase in the cases of mobile addiction among children. Almost 50 percent of such children are coming. Mobile phones are dominating the children to such an extent that they are even attacking their parents. The glamor of Korean culture is attracting the children. Children have a soft mind and they are not able to understand good and bad. Due to this, children go a long way towards this glamor. In such cases, children are counseled and shown the right path. But we are bringing it."
