Jagran correspondent, Muzaffarpur. The recruitment process of Agniveer Sena was started by Danapur Army Recruitment Office for three days from Wednesday at Muzaffarpur Chakkar Maidan. On the first day of recruitment, more than a thousand candidates from Bhojpur, Siwan and Buxar districts sweated in the field for Agniveer General Duty (GD). 430 candidates passed in this.
Amidst the tough competition during the race, Amlesh Kumar, a candidate from Arrah, got seriously injured by breaking one of his legs. After immediate first aid, the medical team present on the spot brought him by ambulance to Sadar Hospital, where he is being treated.
According to recruitment officials, recruitment of candidates from Patna, Saran and Gopalganj districts will be done on 26th February. The rally will end on 27th February after the recruitment of candidates from Bhojpur, Buxar, Siwan, Patna, Gopalganj and Vaishali districts.
Before this, recruitment of Women Military Force of Bihar-Jharkhand was done in Danapur. Whereas recruitment of men is being done at Muzaffarpur Chakkar Maidan. In this, cooperation is being given by the ARO here.
Till 23, recruitment of eight districts was going on under Muzaffarpur ARO. However, this time candidates from 15 districts are being recruited under Muzaffarpur ARO. After the end of Muzaffarpur's Agniveer recruitment rally of 13th, a rally has been started under Danapur ARO from Wednesday.
Along with Agniveer GD, 10th and 8th pass candidates of TDN category are also participating in this recruitment process. The administration is taking vigilance regarding security and arrangements at the recruitment site. The racing process started at four in the morning.
