Agra season: There was dense fog in Agra on Thursday morning.
Jagran correspondent, Agra. After two days of clear weather, dense fog started appearing from Thursday morning itself. There is a feeling of coolness due to the falling temperature. People did not come out of the quilt till late in the morning. The minimum temperature has fallen to 10 degrees Celsius. The sunshine will remain mild even during the day.
After dense fog in the morning, the sun was not seen till 11 o'clock. The weather department has predicted that the sun may shine after 12 noon. On Wednesday, due to strong sunlight, the maximum temperature was recorded 4.3 degrees Celsius higher at 25.4 degrees Celsius. Here there is respite from the sun during the day but people remain troubled by the biting cold at night.
Shahjahan Garden's air is the most polluted
Due to clear weather, the Air Quality Index (AQI) remains at 170. In this also, the air of Shahjahan Garden is most polluted. AQI 170 was recorded here. Along with extremely fine particles, the levels of carbon monoxide and ozone remained high.
Dr. Santosh Kumar, Chairman of the Respiratory Department of SN Medical College, said that due to increasing levels of carbon monoxide and ozone, patients suffering from respiratory diseases including asthma are facing problems. There is more pollution in the morning and night, so do not go for a walk. The lowest AQI was recorded at 103 in Manoharpur Dayalbagh.
