AI And Forensic Science Study In Mithila University, Police Personnel Will Get Special Training

Jagran correspondent, Darbhanga. The Senate meeting of Lalit Narayan Mithila University is to be held on 28th January. Earlier on Sunday, Vice Chancellor Prof. A meeting of Abhishad was called under the chairmanship of Sanjay Kumar Chaudhary.

In this meeting convened in the Vice Chancellor's Residential Office in hybrid mode, the members put forward their views for the final review of the budget for the academic session 2026- 2027 as well as for the promotion of the items placed on the table related to administrative and academic issues.

Syndicate members suggested outlining the amount along with the names of all pension beneficiaries in the budget of this session. In the light of the New Education Policy 2020, the members unanimously welcomed the initiative towards creating an aided university by the year 2032.

Four labs will be opened

With a view to implementing Certificate, Diploma, UG and PG courses in Artificial Intelligence and Forensic Science, it was decided to implement it in coordination with Syndicate member Sujit Kumar with the help of higher officials. Four labs will be opened under this course. Its objective will be to make LNMV an aided university.

Under this, candidates selected in Bihar State Police Service or aspirants from other institutions will be able to get trained in forensic science and AI. During the meeting, the members passed the proposal tabled by Meena Jha and obtained the consent of the Chairman of the meeting.

Museum only for university students

Let us tell you that with this decision, the museum located in the Post Graduate History Department, Narguna will be renovated. The Vice Chancellor made it clear that the museum will be open only for the students of the university and it will be sponsored for student projects, seminars and conferences.

The Head of the Department of PG History will be the convener of this museum and the restoration work will be done with the help of Engineering Section, IT Cell and Estate Section.

In the meeting Prof. Baidyanath Chaudhary, Prof. Dilip Kumar Chaudhary, Prof. Ashok Mehta, Prof. Vijay Kumar Yadav, Prof. Hari Narayan Singh, Financial Consultant Inder Kumar, Dr. Dhaneshwar Prasad, Dr. Amar Kumar, Dr. Anil Kumar Choudhary, Dr. Birendra Kumar Choudhary, Dr. Ghulam Sarwar and Registrar Dr. Divya Rani Hansda were present.
