Entertainment Desk, New Delhi. A car in Akshay Kumar's convoy met with an accident on the night of 19 January in Juhu area of Mumbai. A Mercedes car coming at speed hit the auto rickshaw from behind, due to which the driver lost control over driving and it directly collided with Akshay Kumar's security car.
The auto rickshaw driver was injured in this accident and was immediately admitted to a nearby hospital, where he is undergoing treatment. When the auto driver was injured, Akshay Kumar himself got out of the car and helped him in taking him to the hospital. Akshay not only took the responsibility till the driver was taken to the hospital, but his team is in constant touch with the family regarding the treatment of the auto driver. Apart from this, Mumbai Police has also arrested the person who caused the accident.
Akshay Kumar's team is providing full help
The auto rickshaw driver who met with the accident has been identified as 22-year-old Washid Khan. Washid's brother told in a special conversation with Mid that due to the accident, his brother has suffered a jaw line fracture and is undergoing surgery. Talking about the entire incident, he said, "My brother had left with his auto in the morning and had gone to Juhu area to drop the passenger. He was driving when a big car hit him from behind and the entire auto was damaged."

Washid's brother further said, "The local residents took my brother to the hospital. The doctors said that surgery is necessary. He lives with his parents." In this conversation, Ziyav Mustafa also clarified that Akshay Kumar's team is constantly taking updates from the family regarding his medical expenses and brother's health.
Police arrested the driver of the car
According to the reports of news agency ANI, the police has arrested the Mercedes driver who caused the accident. Police have registered a case against that person for careless and irresponsible driving. The accused has been identified as Radheshyam Rai.
