Allegation Of Employment In PAC With Fake Documents, Investigation Of Fraud In Freedom Fighter Quota; Hathras Police Engaged In Investigation

Samvad Sutra Jagran, Saadabad (Hathras). A young man from the area got a job in PAC through fraud. It is alleged that fake documents were used in the freedom fighter quota. A case in this regard was registered in Saharanpur a month ago, which has now been transferred to Sadabad police station. Police have started investigation.

Accused of getting job by wrongly taking advantage of freedom fighter quota

Ram Gopal, resident of Ganganagar, Sadabad, filed the case. He had sent a complaint letter to the Chairman of Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment Board. It is alleged that in the police recruitment of 2018, Devendra Kumar, resident of Nagla Chhetar Jaitai village of Sadabad, got the job with fake documents. Wrongly availed the freedom fighter quota under the recruitment process.

Case was registered in Saharanpur, investigation was transferred to Sadabad.

There has been no freedom fighter in Devendra's family for five generations. He has taken wrong advantage of the job by claiming to be a member of the family of freedom fighter Kunwarji Lal Arya, a resident of village Pehura in Sahpau. Kunwarjilal Arya's son's name is Rajendra Prasad. There is no person named Devendra Kumar in his family. e

Despite this, he got appointment in 37th Battalion PAC Kanpur on 31 December 2019, he is posted in Saharanpur. Ram Gopal had filed a case regarding this in Sadar Bazar police station of Saharanpur a month ago. Now its investigation has been transferred to Saadabad police station of Hathras.

SP Chiranjeev Nath Sinha said that the case has been registered in Sadabad on the basis of transfer of investigation on CCTNS. Advance action will be taken based on facts.
