Amrit Bharat Express will run between Howrah-Anand Vihar
Ranjit Kumar, Jagran, Asansol: Railway Board has approved the operation of 13065/13066 Amrit Bharat Express between Howrah-Anand Vihar Terminal. According to the order issued by the Railway Ministry, this train will run weekly and will provide passengers with the option of fast and convenient travel from Eastern India to Delhi. As per the timetable, Train No. 13065 Howrah–Anand Vihar Amrit Bharat Express will depart from Howrah at 23:10 hrs on Thursday night and reach Anand Vihar (Terminal) at 02:50 am on Saturday morning. In return, Train No. 13066 Anand Vihar – Howrah Amrit Bharat Express will depart from Anand Vihar at 10:50 am on Sunday and reach Howrah at 05:15 am on Monday. This train on its route passes through Asansol, Durgapur, Bardhaman, Bandel, Pt. Deen Dayal Upadhyay Junction, Bhabua Road, Sasaram, Dehri on Son, Anugrah Narayan Road, Gaya, Koderma, Parasnath, NSCB Gomo, Dhanbad, Varanasi, Jaunpur City, Sultanpur, Maharaja Bijli Pasi (Nihalgarh), Lucknow, Shahjahanpur, Bareilly, Moradabad, It will stop at many major stations including Gajraula, Hapur and Ghaziabad. Amrit Bharat Express will have a rake of 20 coaches. The maintenance of the train will be done with RBPC in Howrah. Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyay Junction, Lucknow, Moradabad, Gaya and Dhanbad have been identified as watering stations. Railway Board has directed the concerned zone to start the service at the earliest convenient date. If required, it can also be operated as a special train. Besides, instructions have been given for wide publicity regarding the operation of this new train and compliance with all the formalities. Chief Public Relations Officer of Northern Railway, Himanshu Shekhar confirmed this and said that the date will be announced very soon.
