Jagran correspondent, Kannauj. The miscreants looted an auto full of zardozi lehenga at gunpoint on Wednesday night. They pushed the driver down the road and ran away. The driver reached the office and informed. Talgram police station is investigating the incident.
Shamim son of Sanaullah, resident of Mohalla Gali Garhi Pokhar, was carrying parcels of zardosi lehengas of 14 traders from Farrukhabad and Gursahaiganj area in the auto. On Wednesday night at 8:30 pm, near Rohli turn on Talgram-Terajaket road, two miscreants riding a bike stopped the auto by placing their bike in front of it. They took driver Shamim hostage and snatched the auto and fled.

People told that the auto of Shree Pharm Company was coming to Talgram Expressway cut with a parcel through a bus going from Lucknow to Jodhpur. Auto driver Shamim Ahmed son of Sanaullah told that like every day, he was coming towards Talgram with a parcel from Gursahaiganj. Meanwhile, two youths riding a bike who came from behind pointed their guns.

His mobile phone was snatched away. After this, they pushed them down the road, snatched the auto and ran away. Due to this he could not immediately inform the police. Somehow reached the company office and informed about the incident to Muhammad Kamil son of Habib Ahmed.
After this information was given on UP 112. In the night itself, SP Vinod Kumar, CO Sadar Abhishek Pratap Singh Ajey and Police Station Head Vinay Sharma arrived with the police force. Inspected the incident site. On the complaint of the victim driver, a case of robbery was registered against unknown bike riding miscreants. Police station incharge Vinay Sharma said that a police team has been formed to uncover the incident. The miscreants will be arrested soon.
