According to the information, traffic constable Anurag Sharma was deployed at the intermediate underbridge to stop heavy vehicles on Scheme 140. Then he saw that two people were sitting in a four-wheeler and drinking alcohol. Sharma stopped them and called constable Vishnu Bhadauria on wireless. On this the driver folded his hands and asked to call the owner.

The owner came, chased away the driver-cleaner and started abusing. On this Sharma caught him. When he was released later, he hit him with a stone from behind and broke his head. After this the traffic constable went to Kanadia police station and sat there for five minutes. The traffic constable says he was hoping someone would help. Blood was dripping on the floor in the police station but despite this no policeman came to help. After this he went home angrily.

In this case, Traffic DCP Anand Kaladgi says that the accused were drinking alcohol, on which the traffic employee reached there. FIR has been registered against both of them. Kanadia Police helped the policeman and took him to the hospital for treatment. The accused have been taken into custody.
