Case Of Murder Of Tripura Student In Dehradun Reaches Supreme Court, Demand For Judicial Intervention Against Racial Violence

The case of the death of Tripura student Angel Chakma in Dehradun has now reached the Supreme Court. The petition seeks judicial intervention on racial violence against the people of the North-Eastern states. The student died on December 26 after being injured in the alleged attack on December 9. However, Dehradun Police has denied the aspect of racial violence, calling it a fight between two groups.

Now 'dead People' Will Not Vote! After SIR Survey In Bareilly, Leave Of 1.25 Lakh Deceased Voters!

Under the special intensive revision SIR campaign in Bareilly, names of more than 1.15 lakh deceased voters will be removed from the voter list. The maximum number of deceased voters were found in the city assembly constituency, while the least in Mirganj. Door-to-door survey also found 2.92 lakh voters shifted elsewhere. The draft will be published on 31st December and the final list will be released on 28th February.

A Huge Fire Broke Out In The Repair Shop, There Was Chaos, Bikes And Other Goods Worth Lakhs Were Burnt To Ashes.

A fire broke out under suspicious circumstances in a bike repair shop in Purkaji town of Muzaffarnagar. This incident created chaos nearby. Seven bikes and spare parts parked in the shop were burnt to ashes due to the fire, causing a loss worth lakhs. The fire brigade brought the fire under control after hours of effort. According to the station in-charge, there is no loss of life due to the fire and investigation is going on based on CCTV footage.

Young Man Injured After Being Hit By A Vehicle In IMT, Faridabad, Dies In Hospital, Case Registered Against Unknown Driver

A youth named Nitesh, who was injured after being hit by a vehicle on December 26 in Faridabad's IMT, died during treatment. He was a resident of Aligarh and lived in Sotai village. Police have registered a case of negligent driving against the unknown driver. The post-mortem of the deceased was conducted at Badshah Khan Hospital.

CUET UG 2026: Examination For Admission In Central University Will Be Held In May, NTA Released Guidelines And Syllabus

NTA has issued advisory for CUET UG 2026 candidates, stating that the exam will be conducted in May. Once the application process starts, you will be able to apply online at cuet.nta.nic.in. There will be an opportunity to correct name in Aadhaar and 10th mark sheet. Subject wise syllabus is available on the website, which includes Languages, Domain Subject and General Test.

Andhra Pradesh: Fire Breaks Out In Tatanagar-Ernakulam Express, 1 Dead And Many Injured In The Accident

A fire broke out in the Tatanagar-Ernakulam Express at Yalamanchili near Visakhapatnam in Andhra Pradesh. One person died in this accident. Two bogies of the train caught fire, information about which was received at 12:45 am. The deceased has been identified as Chandrashekhar Sundaram. At the time of the incident, there were a total of 158 passengers in both the coaches.

Five Lakh Rupees Were Grabbed From PNB Branch, This Is How This Fraud Was Carried Out

A case of fraud and embezzlement of Rs 5 lakh has come to light from the GT Road branch of Punjab National Bank in Khatauli, Muzaffarnagar. An unknown person made fake documents in the name of Dilraj of Delhi and got the account transferred in Bijnor branch. After this, five lakh rupees were withdrawn by presenting the check in the Khatauli branch. On the orders of the court, a case of fraud has been registered against unknown.

Student Caught Cheating In College Exam In Jaipur, Committed Suicide By Jumping From The Building

Priyanshu Raj, a 19-year-old college student in Jaipur's Bagru, committed suicide under stress after being caught cheating in an exam. Manipal University student Priyanshu committed suicide by jumping from the 12th floor of an under-construction building. Police also found poison and a water bottle along with identity documents from his bag.
