Delhi High Court appointed retired Justice I.M. The trial court's order canceling the notice issued by CBI to Quddusi has been upheld. The CBI had sought Quddusi's personal information like mobile number and bank accounts under Section 91 of the CrPC. The court said that this section is only for producing existing documents and not for creating new information from the accused. CBI was accused of bypassing the interrogation process.

Exploitation Of Minors In Hotel-hookah Bar In Gorakhpur, Gang Used To Trap Them Through Instagram

Even a year ago, a case of exploitation of minors and organized prostitution had come to light in Gorakhpur. This network was exposed with the recovery of a 13-year-old girl on January 2, 2025. The gang used to trap girls and force them into prostitution through internet media. Police raided Hotel Fly-In and Genus Batal Hookah Bar and arrested 15 accused, including kingpin Anirudh Ojha. The involvement of five other hotel operators also came to light.
