A Delhi court sentenced Sunil Arora to life imprisonment for destroying the family. Pawan Kumar Jain's court found Arora guilty of murdering his mother and brother. A fine of Rs 50 thousand was also imposed on him. According to the prosecution, Arora committed the murder by attacking him with a knife, scissors and a stick. The court rejected the plea of self-defense and sentenced him to life imprisonment.
