Dubai real estate company Danube Properties launched the commercial project 'Shahrukhz by Danube' in the name of Shahrukh Khan and sold all the units on the very first day. The company expects to earn more than Rs 5,000 crore from this project. This project is expected to be completed by 2029. Company owner Rizwan Sajan also hinted at introducing 'Shahrukhz by Danube 2.0'.
