543 Beneficiaries Of Meerut Received Gifts Under PM Awas Yojana 2.0, Rs 5.43 Crore Reached Their Accounts.

The first installment of Rs 5.43 crore was distributed to 543 beneficiaries under the Pradhan Mantri Shahri Awas Yojana 2.0 in Meerut. The Mayor and the District Magistrate handed over the distribution letters in the program organized at Chaudhary Charan Singh University. Live telecast of the main program of the Chief Minister was also shown in Lucknow. The beneficiaries expressed happiness of getting homes.

These Players Of Pakistani Origin Got Visa, Paving The Way For Playing T20 World Cup In India

International Cricket Council ICC has eased the visa process of 42 players and officials of Pakistani origin for the T20 World Cup to be held in India. Several England players, including Adil Rashid, Rehan Ahmed and Saqib Mahmood, have already received visas. The process is also underway for members of Pakistani origin from the US, Netherlands, UAE, Italy, Bangladesh and Canada. The last date for issuing visas is January 31, while the World Cup will begin on February 7.

Male Skeleton Found In Field In Muzaffarnagar, Three Brothers Accused Of Murder In Love Affair

A human skeleton has been found in a field in Nagwa village of Muzaffarnagar. The brother of missing 22-year-old Sachin identified him by the clothes and said that it belonged to his brother. A case has been registered against three brothers of Baghpat accusing them of murder due to love affair. Police have sent the skeleton for testing and DNA test will be processed. Police are not yet confirming the identity.

In Rajasthan, Administration's Bulldozer Ran On Two Houses Of A History-sheeter With A Reward Of 25 Paise Each, 34 Cases Registered.

In Kota, the administration demolished two illegal houses of history-sheeter Adil Mirza with a reward of 25 paise. There are 34 cases registered against Adil and he had encroached on government land. The police arrested him on January 11, during which he also fired at the police. This action took place in Amritkhedi village, where heavy police force was deployed.

Chamoli: Car Fell Into A Ditch On Nandprayag Ghat Road, Driver Died On The Spot.

A car fell into a ditch near Sera village on Nandprayag Ghat motor road in Chamoli. In this accident the driver died on the spot. Local villagers and police together took the body out of the ditch. The deceased has been identified as Surendra Singh, a resident of Sera village, who was returning home from Nandanagar. There is an atmosphere of mourning in the area due to the incident.
