Bihar government has adopted 'zero tolerance' policy for speedy justice in POCSO sexual crimes against children. The Law Department has set strict deadlines for the police and prosecution. Now if the charge sheet is not filed within 60 days, the ADG Crime Investigation Department will be informed. The list of cases pending FSL report will also be sent to CID. Special Public Prosecutors have been given a target to dispose of 10 cases per month.
