The road will remain closed due to the work of replacing and strengthening the pipeline.
Jagran correspondent, Chandigarh. The entry road leading to Maloya Colony will remain closed till February 18. The Municipal Corporation is working on replacing and strengthening the pipeline from Sector-39.
Under this project, work is being done on the entry road leading to Maloya Colony along with the boundary wall of Water Works located in Sector-39 to connect the new pipeline. Due to pipeline connection work, the concerned route will be closed for traffic from February 5 to February 18.
During this time, drivers passing through this road may have to face inconvenience. The Municipal Corporation Administration has appealed to the general public to use alternative routes during the stipulated period and cooperate in the ongoing development work. The corporation has urged citizens to cooperate and maintain patience for the inconvenience.
