Jagran correspondent, Udaipur. The joys of the birthday turned into mourning in a tragic road accident at 3 am on Saturday in the Savina police station area of ​​Udaipur district. Four friends died on the spot, while six people were seriously injured in a massive head-on collision between two cars near Nela Pond on the Old Ahmedabad Bypass.

The collision was so severe that both the cars were blown to pieces and the youth got badly trapped in the vehicles. Police and local people broke the gate with the help of cutter and crane and took out the dead bodies and injured.

Savina police station officer Ajraj Singh said that six friends in the car had come to attend the 'Mehfil-e-Milad' program organized in the nearby Nela Talab area. Deceased Mohammad Ayan's birthday was on 16th January.

After the program was over, all the friends came out of the car to drink tea. As soon as he reached the bypass from the service road, he collided with another car with Gujarat number. Both the cars were badly damaged. Four people of the same family traveling in the car were injured in the collision.
