Big Action In RIMS Land Encroachment: On The Orders Of High Court, ACB Registered FIR Against Builder-mafia

State Bureau, Ranchi. The Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) has registered a primary case on Monday in the case of encroachment on RIMS land. In the light of the order of Jharkhand High Court, on the instructions of Cabinet Monitoring and Secretariat, the Anti-Corruption Bureau has registered an FIR on January 5 in the case of encroachment on RIMS land.

Those against whom FIR has been registered include officials, employees of Rajendra Institute of Medical Sciences (RIMS) Ranchi Management, Revenue Office Ranchi, Ranchi Municipal Corporation, Registration Office Ranchi, Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA), Ranchi Regional Development Authority (RRDA) and other unknown people.

Now ACB will intensify its investigation against the officers and employees who registered the RIMS land, the mutation agents, the builders who constructed apartments on the said land, the land mafia etc. At the moment, all is unknown. Investigation will also be conducted against the government officials and employees identified in the investigation in cases of acquiring disproportionate assets.

It is noteworthy that following the order of Jharkhand High Court, the administration has recently removed the four-storey house and other illegal encroachments built on RIMS land. The houses and apartments which were demolished were registered in the names of their owners, their registrations were also rejected and people had constructed their houses and apartments by taking loans from banks.

Jharkhand High Court had made the builder, officer, land mafia and others involved in this conspiracy accused and ordered ACB to investigate against them. This FIR has been registered in the light of this order.
