Jagran correspondent, Patna. The services of the country's largest airline Indigo have been continuously affected since December 3. Due to this, crowding in trains has increased. In view of this, it has been decided to run two pairs of special trains from Patna to Anand Vihar Terminal. East Central Railway has issued a notification in this regard.
Chief Public Relations Officer Saraswati Chandra said that the Patna-Anand Vihar Terminal (02395) special train will leave from Patna at 8:30 pm on December 9, 11 and 13, stopping at Danapur, Arrah, Buxar and other stations and will reach Anand Vihar Terminal at 3 pm the next day.
In return, Anand Vihar Terminal-Patna (02396) special train will depart from Anand Vihar at 7 pm on 10th, 12th and 14th December and will reach Danapur at 01:05 pm and Patna at 2 pm the next day, stopping at various stations. Similarly, Patna-Anand Vihar Terminal (02309) special train will depart from Patna at 8:30 pm on 10, 12 and 14 December, stopping at Danapur, Arrah, Buxar and other stations and reach Anand Vihar Terminal at 3 pm the next day.
In the return journey, Anand Vihar Terminal-Patna (02310) special train will depart from Anand Vihar at 7 pm on 11, 13 and 15 December and will reach Danapur at 1:05 pm and Patna at 2 pm the next day, stopping at various stations.
Two pairs of special trains from Darbhanga to Anand Vihar via Hajipur
PUMRE has also issued a notification to run two pairs of Darbhanga-Anand Vihar Terminal special trains, to catch which Patna passengers will have to go to Hajipur station. Darbhanga-Anand Vihar Terminal (05563) special train will depart from Darbhanga on 10, 11, 13 and 14 December and reach Hajipur at 11:50 pm and then stopping at various stations, will reach Anand Vihar Terminal at 9:15 pm the next day.
In return, Anand Vihar Terminal-Darbhanga (05564) special train will leave on 12, 13, 15 and 16 December and reach Darbhanga stopping at Hajipur at 6:55 pm. Similarly, Darbhanga-Anand Vihar Terminal (05565) special train will depart from Darbhanga on December 9 and 12 and reach Hajipur at 11.50 pm and then stopping at various stations, will reach Anand Vihar Terminal at 9:15 pm the next day. In return, Anand Vihar Terminal-Darbhanga (05566) special train will stop at Hajipur at 6:55 pm on 11th and 14th December and go to Darbhanga.
