Jagran Correspondent, Bareilly: Workers of a Hindu organization got enraged by giving Muslim youth along with a Hindu girl in a restaurant in Premnagar. They created a ruckus outside the restaurant alleging love jihad and later entered the restaurant and raised slogans. Premnagar police, who reached the spot after receiving the information, first detained only one Muslim youth while the other one fled from the spot. Preparations were on to challan two people, including a Muslim youth and a restaurant staff, for disturbing peace. When the CO came to know, the third person was also searched late in the evening. After this, challan was issued against three people. The girl, living in a hostel in Premnagar, is studying first year B.Sc. from a private college. According to the police, it was his birthday on Saturday. That's why he gave a party to his friends. 10 people had attended that party. Of these, six were girls and four were boys. Out of those four, two youths, Shaan and Waqif, were Muslims. Everyone had organized a party at The Den Cafe and Resto in Premnagar. Someone informed Hindu organizations about the presence of a Muslim youth with a Hindu girl. On this everyone reached the restaurant and started creating ruckus in the name of Love Jihad. The police reached the information and brought the girl and other people to the police station. Meanwhile, a Muslim youth Vakif fled from there. During interrogation, the girl told that she has an aunt who lives in Premnagar. The police called him and also called the relatives of other people. Premnagar police was first challaning Muslim youth Shaan and cafe operator's staff Shailendra Gangwar for disturbing peace, but when CO I Ashutosh Shivam came to know about the absconding of the second youth, he reprimanded the inspector and sent him to search. After this, Premnagar police also searched for the third absconding youth, Vakif, and issued challan to all three for disturbing the peace.
