The film Hum Aapke Hain Koun was directed by Sooraj Barjatya in 1994 in which Madhuri Dixit and Salman Khan played the lead roles. The film was released in theaters on 5 August 1994 and proved to be a superhit of that year. Mohnish Bahl, Renuka Shahane, Anupam Kher, Reema Lagoo, Alok Nath also played important roles in it.
