Digital Desk, Lucknow. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, who is on Japan tour to expand investment possibilities in Uttar Pradesh, traveled in maglev train on Thursday. During the journey on the high-speed maglev train in Tokyo, the Chief Minister had a thrilling experience of the train speeding at more than 600 km/hr.

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, during his visit to Japan, traveled in the high-speed Maglev train in Tokyo, which moves at a speed of more than 600 km/hour while floating in the air with the help of magnetic power.

He conducted this 100 kilometer test journey of the train, which was aimed at understanding the new technology to develop modern transport infrastructure in UP. Maglev train does not run on traditional tracks, but floats in the air with the help of magnetic field (Magnetic Levitation). The operating speed of this train is 600-700 km/hr, which greatly reduces the travel time.

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath made this journey during the inspection of the Tokyo-Nagoya corridor, which is planned to be operational by 2027. This visit of CM Yogi is being seen as a new direction for the ongoing development schemes on modern fronts of transport in Uttar Pradesh.
