Digital Desk, Lucknow. While reviewing the work of the Revenue Department, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Friday gave several important instructions. He said that all the revenue cases in the state, whether it is related to measurement, transfer or population registration, all should be settled on the basis of merit. He said that the Revenue Department should fix accountability in all pending cases and ensure their disposal within the stipulated time. Also, instructions were given to implement rover based metering system in all the districts of the state.

The conversion process should work on auto mode.

Regarding matters of transfer and inheritance, the Chief Minister directed that such a system should be developed so that this work can be done on auto mode. The Chief Minister said that this will be very important to provide easy and timely justice to the citizens. Apart from this, instructions were given to accelerate efforts to make the consolidation process transparent and implement map and rover based metering system. According to him, in all the districts of the state, not only purchase of rovers should be done but also a framework should be prepared to conduct training and implement the process on the ground. To complete rover based measurement in the districts, cooperation of engineering colleges, polytechnics and ITIs can also be taken for training.

Speed ​​up the progress of works, focus on completing them 100% on time

In the review meeting, the Chief Minister instructed the Revenue Department to accelerate the progress of all the works and focus on completing them 100 percent. The Chief Minister directed that the digitization work of land records should be expedited and completed soon. Departmental monitoring should be simple and the common man should benefit from it. The land use change process under Section 80 should be made simple and transparent. He said that a system like call center should be developed at the Revenue Council level to resolve the problems of the people.

Ensure a technically transparent system

The Chief Minister gave instructions to ensure use of technology and arrangements in the consolidation process. He said that all the pending cases related to farmer registry, measurement and measles investigation should be resolved within the stipulated time. He directed to make government services like income certificate, caste certificate and residence certificate more effective and transparent.

Along with this, in view of the cold wave in the state, the Revenue Department was directed to speed up the work regarding smooth management of arrangements in night shelters, arrangements for lighting bonfires at public places and distribution of blankets. He also said that all tasks should be completed on war footing in mission mode.

The Chief Minister also directed to take forward the construction work of boundary wall with the help of Social Welfare Department to protect the statues/monuments of Baba Saheb Bhimrao Ambedkar installed in Gram Panchayats. The Chief Minister instructed the accountants to resolve public problems by setting up their offices in Panchayat buildings. The Chief Minister said that an integrated multi-storey office should be built at the district level, where all the district offices along with the District Magistrate should be included in it.
