Delay in BMC election results possible
Digital Desk, New Delhi. Counting of votes will start from 10 am in 29 municipal corporations of Maharashtra. But this time there may be a delay in the results of BMC elections in Mumbai. In fact, due to changes made in the counting process, the timing of results may increase due to initial trends and final results.
Counting of votes will begin at 23 centers in 227 electoral wards of Mumbai Municipal Corporation from 10 am on Friday. Earlier the counting was done simultaneously in all the wards, but this time the counting will be done in a phased manner. Instead of all the wards together, votes of only two wards will be counted.
Due to this change, counting of only 46 wards will start at 10 am. Due to which there will be a delay in the results of BMC elections.
