Jasan, Aligarh. When the husband took out Rs 200 from his wife's cupboard and spent it, this small matter became so serious that the two got separated for three years. The wife took both the children and went to her maternal home in a village in Barla and then the conversation also stopped.
When the couple started a dispute when the wife did not return to her in-laws house in Sarsaul, both of them realized their mistakes during counselling. Both of them then accepted each other and returned home together happily.
Many couples were getting separated on such small issues, who were reunited by the Family Court. A large crowd had reached the fourth and last Lok Adalat of this year organized by the Legal Services Authority on Saturday also.
There was a long line outside the court for justice. After resolving the couple dispute cases, 48 couples were sent together. There were many cases of discord between the couple over minor issues and minor disputes. There was also a case of the wife being connected to her mobile.
Husband was angry with this. In this case of Bannadevi area also, the wife accepted her mistake and the husband also assured not to get angry and then both of them hugged each other. In one case, the husband mistook the wife for talking to her mother as something else.
The wife continued to hesitate in telling the truth and conflict arose. When the dispute escalated, both agreed to live separately. Later, when the truth came out, there was a reconciliation between the two. There were many other cases too, which were saved from collapse.
District Judge Pankaj Kumar Aggarwal said that cases are settled in Lok Adalat on the basis of mutual agreement. This is a platform where both parties win on the basis of agreement.
