Jagran correspondent, Greater Noida. The body of a 25-year-old girl working in a call center was found under suspicious circumstances in Beta Do Kotwali area on Monday. She had left home for duty on Sunday morning, the next morning her body was found under a car parked at some distance from the rented house. Relatives have expressed suspicion of murder. Police have registered a case of murder against unknown people. CCTV footage around the incident site is being scrutinized to identify the accused.

The girl was originally a resident of Pipri village under Mahobkanth Kotwali of Mahoba district. Parents died a few years ago. He has two younger brothers in the family. For the last one year, she was living with her brothers on rent in house number 270 of I Block of Beta 2. The girl worked in a call center located in Sector 52, Noida. The younger brother studies in high school and the elder brother works in a factory.

Like Raez, the girl had left home for duty at seven o'clock on Sunday morning. At around nine in the night he called his younger brother and asked him to reach home soon. When the brother did not return till 10 o'clock, he called the girl's mobile phone and found the number switched off. At 3 o'clock in the night, the sister-in-law living in the neighborhood was informed that her sister had not come home.

Saying that she was staying at a friend's place, she asked to wait till morning. On Monday morning, at around 8 o'clock in the morning, people nearby saw the girl lying in a dying condition under a car parked near the park, about 100 meters away from the rented house.

Seeing the crowd gathered, the sister-in-law reached the spot, identified the girl and immediately took her to the hospital. There the doctors declared the girl dead. The police have filled the Panchnama and sent the body for post-mortem. In-charge Inspector Vinod Kumar said that in the complaint given by the relative, he has expressed the fear of accident or murder by unknown people. A case has been registered against unknown. The cause of death will be clear in the post mortem report.

Efforts to identify the accused from call details and CCTV footage

Kotwali police has started swift action regarding the incident. Police teams are scanning the CCTV footage around the incident site. Information is being collected from the footage about the time the girl reached near the car and with whom she had reached. Apart from this, the call details of the girl's mobile are being scrutinized.

Relatives also expressed fear of wrongdoing

The victim's relatives say that when they reached the spot, the girl's lower clothes had slipped. There were blood stains on the clothes and blood was also coming out from the nose. The relatives have also expressed apprehension that the girl might be beaten to death by strangulation after the accused did something wrong with her.
