According to the police, the throats of all four were slit with a sharp weapon. The attack was so brutal that even his breathing pipe was cut. It is suspected that he was first made unconscious by giving intoxicants.

Munchun Kevat used to run his family by selling vegetables in Delhi's Azadpur Mandi. He was living in Delhi with his wife and children for the last two years.
The entire family had shifted from Bihar to Delhi only eight months ago. Family members say that usually the couple did not have major fights.
