Dead Body Of Newly Married Woman Found In Shiv Sarovar 15 Days After Marriage In Buxar, Sensation In The Area

Communication Associate, Brahmapur (Buxar). The mysterious death of a newly married woman in Nagar Panchayat Brahmapur has created a sensation in the area. The body of 20-year-old Neha Kumari was recovered from the Shiv Sarovar (pond) located in the Brahmeshwar Nath temple complex on Thursday morning. Police are considering it a case of suicide in the preliminary investigation, but the truth will come out only after the post mortem report.

According to the information, Neha Kumari is the daughter of Dwarika Ram and her marriage took place on 12th February this month in Chhatanwar village of Krishna Brahma police station area. A few days after the marriage, on Wednesday, she came from her in-laws' house to her maternal home (Brahmapur). She suddenly disappeared from home late at night.

Dead body found floating in the lake

The family members searched for him, but he was not found anywhere. On Thursday morning, local people saw his body floating in Shiv Sarovar located near Brahmeshwar Nath temple. As soon as the information was received, the police reached the spot and took out the body.

In the preliminary investigation it appears that Neha committed suicide by jumping into the pond. The police have taken possession of the body and are preparing to send it for post-mortem.

Police Station President Brajesh Kumar says that a thorough investigation of the incident is being done. The exact cause of death will become clear after the post mortem report of the body comes. If any other aspect (like dowry harassment, family dispute or other compulsions) comes to light, action will be taken accordingly.

At present it is being considered a case of suicide. This incident is raising questions on the mental condition of newlyweds in the area and the challenges of marital life. The family and local people are in shock. Police have started a thorough investigation into the case and will soon take further action based on the post-mortem report.
