In this matter, PMS Dr. RK Sinha says that instructions have been given to the security personnel to stop the movement of stray animals in the hospital premises. Besides, orders have also been issued to increase cleanliness and monitoring of the entire hospital including the emergency ward. Action will be taken against negligent personnel.
