State Bureau, Ranchi. A hearing was held in Jharkhand High Court regarding relaxation in age limit in the matter of appointment of Drug Inspector. After hearing the side of JPSC, the court rejected the said petition.
During the hearing, JPSC told the court that relaxation in age limit is a policy matter of the state government. The date for filling the application for the appointment examination has ended. In such a situation, the petition of the applicant deserves to be rejected.
On behalf of the applicant, the court was told that the drug inspector appointment process was taken in the year 2011, after which the advertisement was issued in the year 2025. The examination for the appointment of Drug Inspector has been held only twice.
Therefore, they should be given relaxation in age limit. Let us tell you that JPSC has fixed the year 2025 for 30 posts of Drug Inspector. On behalf of the applicant Krishnakant Singh and others, a petition was filed in the High Court demanding relaxation in age.
