During the Uttar Pradesh Secondary Education Council (UP Board) examination, there was an uproar on Wednesday at the public inter college located in Chowrangahar, Bah, when the static magistrate arrived at the center to perform duty after drinking alcohol. When the staff stopped him, he started creating ruckus after being seen tauntingly. On complaint, the static magistrate has been removed and the responsibility has been handed over to another person.

There was Intermediate Chemistry exam in evening shift on Wednesday. Roger Khan, center administrator of Public Inter College, said that students had started being brought to the center to take the examination. Just as the examination was about to begin, Saurabh Yadav (Village Development Officer, Khohri, Jaitpur Kaban), posted at the center as a State Magistrate, came to duty under the influence of alcohol.

Seeing his condition, when the staff present at the center tried to stop him, he started behaving rudely with everyone. Due to this, the examination system was affected for some time and an atmosphere of chaos was created at the centre. Meanwhile, when the mobile team arrived, the officials were informed about the matter.

Demand for removal from officials

The center administrator accused Static Magistrate Saurabh Yadav that his activities at the center are abnormal. He leaves the center while on duty, where the guardians of the candidates are present. Due to this, there is a possibility of the confidentiality of the examination being affected.

He has complained about this to the control room and District School Inspector Chandra Shekhar. The Static Magistrate was also warned several times, but his behavior did not improve. A written complaint regarding this matter has been made to District School Inspector Chandra Shekhar and SDM. In the case, DIOS Chandra Shekhar has removed the accused Static Magistrate and appointed another person.

Student arriving late is deprived of examination, complaint to DM

On Wednesday, a student could not appear in the UP Board's High School Science examination due to arriving late from the scheduled time. The examination center of Gaurav Kumar, a high school student of Narmada Devi Inter College, Azizpur Dhanauli, is in Swami Vivekananda Inter College, Jarua Katra. The student told that his admit card had fallen somewhere on the way.

He reached the center at around 8:13 am and showed the admit card downloaded in the mobile, but the center administrator asked to bring the photostat copy. The student alleges that despite bringing the copy later, he was not allowed to appear in the examination. During this time there was also an altercation between the center administrator and the school principal.

The student kept crying sitting outside the center for a long time. After this he reached the Collectorate along with his relatives and complained about the matter to Dem Arvind Mallappa Bangari.

In this matter, center administrator Rambabu Lal says that the examination had started at 8:30 in the morning, the student reached the center at 9:40. As per board rules, admission can be given only after delay of up to half an hour. At 9:10, the attendance of the absent students was sent through offline and online medium. The mobile team of District Basic Education Officer Jitendra Gond had inspected and taken the report of absent students. For this reason the student was not included in the examination. According to the rules of UP Board, the center administrator can allow the student arriving late by maximum half an hour to appear in the examination. In such cases, details of name, roll number, question paper and arrival time are recorded. You will not be allowed to appear in the examination late by more than half an hour.

If the student forgets to bring the admit card for one day, then permission for one day can be given on the basis of an affidavit. Whereas in this case he was not included in the examination. DIOS Chandrashekhar says that the matter is not in his cognizance, appropriate action will be taken after getting information. 4881 in high school, 3904 in intermediate left the exam.

A total of 60,388 candidates were registered in the High School Science examination held in the first shift. A total of 55,507 students appeared in the examination. Out of 32,527 boys, 29,597 and out of 27,861 girls, 25,910 were present. While a total of 4,881 candidates remained absent, which includes 2,930 boys and 1,951 girls. Whereas in the Intermediate Chemistry examination, out of total 40044 registered candidates, 36939 candidates appeared. 3062 remained absent. In the Social Science examination, out of total 8633, 7791 candidates were present and 842 were absent. Screening of answer sheets of Adarsh ​​Sainik Inter College will be done.

Screening of the examinations held on Monday at Adarsh ​​Sainik Inter College, located in Kalal Kheria, Miyanpur, which has been identified on charges of mass cheating in the UP Board exams, will be conducted. The District School Inspector has recommended the board to screen the answer sheets and debar them from the board examination next year.

Let us tell you that during the High School English and Inter Mathematics and Biology examination held on Monday, the room invigilator was caught doing mass copying in room number three of the centre, in which the center administrator also agreed.
