There was chaos regarding this. When the emergency number written in the lift did not help, then 112 was informed to the police.
A joint team of police and fire brigade took them out. Regarding this incident that happened on Friday afternoon, goods operator Vikram Aggarwal said that there is a capacity of six, it is also written. This happened when eight people climbed together.
Those trapped in the lift included an NRI, his mother, nephew, two nieces, an advocate and another person. Everyone had come to the Mall to watch the movie and do shopping.

It is being told that SP Keshav Kumar himself took cognizance of this matter and immediately directed the fire service team to take action. Police and fire brigade took all eight people out of the lift safely. During this time, an atmosphere of fear was visible on the faces of all the people trapped, then suddenly the other people present in the mall were stunned for some time due to the arrival of the police team and the action.
People trapped in the lift accused the goods management of negligence. The administration also demanded an investigation into the matter, but refused to reveal his name and address.
